Workers Is All We Do
About Us
About Our Workers’ Compensation Attorneys
We started Brilliant & Neiman, LLC when we saw that there were not enough firms dedicated to protecting injured workers from the workers’ compensation insurance carriers. Too often, we have seen general practice firms “dabble” in the complicated world of workers’ compensation matters and the injured worker is the one who loses. The insurance companies all have law firms, helping them to reduce or eliminate your workers’ compensation benefits. We feel every injured worker deserves to know their rights to be on equal footing with the insurance companies.
While we have relationships with other law firms and other attorneys, so we can refer our clients to highly qualified attorneys for other legal matters, such as personal injury, family law, social security disability and employment law, we decided from the start of our practice that our firm would be solely devoted to representing the injured worker in Pennsylvania workers’ compensation cases.
Nobody wants to be disabled from work, and few understand how a work injury can impact an injured worker’s entire life. Work injures that result in death can have tragic emotional and financial consequences on families. Things that injured workers once took take for granted are more difficult, or even impossible. Simple things like cooking a meal or holding a child can be very difficult. The insurance company does not care. We understand. Protecting injured workers in Pennsylvania workers’ compensation matters is all we do!
Recognizing how complicated the practice of workers’ compensation law in Pennsylvania can be, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania has recently created a certification process. Through this screening process, injured workers can be certain that the attorney trusted to represent their interests is thoroughly qualified to handle a workers’ comp case in PA. Brilliant & Neiman LLC is proud to report that both of its attorneys, Dina Brilliant and Glenn Neiman, qualified for, and then passed, the examination process. Each is now “Certified as a specialist in the practice of workers’ compensation law by the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Section on Workers’ Compensation Law as authorized by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.”
